Official Plan - Central Elgin

The Official Plan for Central Elgin contains Central Elgin’s policies on how land in our municipality may be used and the current Plan can be found here:

 

 

The Official Plan for Central Elgin is due for review and the PSVA intends to participate in that process.

 

We are particularly concerned that the provisions of the current Official Plan and other current planning tools were not adequate to prevent the approval of the development by Prespa Construction Limited at Edith Cavell Boulevard and William St and we will do all within our power to correct that.

In April 2021 Central Elgin announced that the review process has commenced. The project is scheduled to be completed by early 2022. For current information on the status of the review and to watch the project video/access resources follow this link:
