The Official Plan for Elgin County is under review. Information about that process can be found here:
The PSVA made a submission for the purposes of that review. We are particularly concerned that the provisions of the current Official Plan and other current planning tools were not adequate to prevent the approval of the development by Prespa Construction Limited at Edith Cavell Boulevard and William St and we will do all within our power to correct that.
